We kept seeing agents fail to perform consistently. So we built what they were missing.
Not for demos, but for real production systems, against real pipelines and real budgets. The failure patterns were consistent enough to be predictable and specific enough to be fixable. GrowFlex is what came out of fixing them, and we implement it because doing it well takes knowing a business, not just its stack.
A product-led service company.
We build the tool layer, and we stand behind it — with expert implementation, and ongoing partnership when your business needs it. Real people working alongside you to make AI actually work in your business, rather than a license and good luck.
The product itself is one interface across your whole GTM stack. Prospecting, enrichment, buying signals, your CRM, your CDP, your sequences — all of it behind a single set of capabilities, with a contract an agent can't drift outside of. Eight vendor integrations and eight sets of quirks become one thing an agent can actually work.
Your GTM stack, unified behind one interface — one that turns a general-purpose agent into an expert in yours.
The interface isn't only plumbing — it carries the operating knowledge with it. Which provider to try and in what order. When a record has already been paid for. What "qualified" means in your vocabulary rather than in general. Who's suppressed, what a send is capped at, which step needs a human.
None of that has to live in a prompt, and none of it has to be learned. The agent doesn't need to become a GTM expert. It borrows one.
Four things we actually hold to.
Execution, not recommendations
We build the thing rather than write about building the thing. It's the argument the product makes about agents, and it's the same standard we hold ourselves to — the deliverable is a working system, not a deck describing one.
You end up owning it
Handover is the default ending, not the exception. We encode your definitions where you can change them, train your team to compose their own runs, and design engagements to become unnecessary.
We'll say when we're not the answer
Plenty of review calls should end with "you don't need us now." Sometimes that's too early. Sometimes it's a team too settled into its process to want an agent anywhere near it — which is a fair position, not a failing. Either way, saying so costs one engagement and is worth a good deal more than one.
Opinions in public, ungated
The stack we run, the tools we'd pick, the failure points we look for — published, with no email wall and no affiliate links. If we're wrong about something, we'd rather find out.

We don't work with Salesforce.
Not a swipe — it's a capable product, and companies with the team to run it get real value from it. It just isn't what we build on. Everything here depends on tools an agent can operate cheaply and a team can change quickly, and Salesforce implementations tend to run on quarters and administrators.
If you're committed to it, you want a different partner, and we're happy to point you toward a good one.
Start with a stack review.
30 minutes on what you own, where it breaks, and what your agents could be doing with the tools you already pay for. If GrowFlex isn't the answer, we'll tell you what is.
Currently in select alpha. One call with the person who'd build it.
